Food-wise...that wasn't so bad. Sleep-wise...ugh.
Did. Not. Sleep. Well. At. All.
I don't know if the coffee at 9am was still in my system or if the nutritional value of the food consumed kept me awake all night. I didn't eat a salad per se, but vegetables were plentiful.
